We visit the site, record existing conditions and agree scope, budget and programme with you.

Drawings, specifications and priced quantities that tender boards and auditors can check.

Procurement
Materials, plant and equipment sourced to specification, with delivery records.

Construction and supervision
Our project managers and foremen run the site daily and report progress against programme.

Handover and aftercare
Snagging, as-built records and, where needed, a facility management contract.
