What does Thane deliver?
Design, procurement, construction, rehabilitation and renovation, and facility management. Clients can take one service or hand us the whole programme and deal with a single accountable contractor.
Which sectors do you work in?
Healthcare, education, civic buildings and offices, infrastructure, research and industrial facilities, recreation and residential. Our clients include federal ministries and agencies, state governments, teaching hospitals, development partners and private developers.
Where in Nigeria do you work?
Nationwide. We have delivered projects in Lagos, FCT Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Kogi and Enugu, and run offices in Lagos and Abuja.
Are you registered for public procurement?
Yes. Thane is licensed by COREN to practise engineering and registered with the Bureau of Public Procurement on the national contractors database. We also hold current NSITF, PenCom, ITF and tax clearance certificates. All are valid to 31 December 2026, and copies are available on request.
Who leads delivery on site?
Projects are run by our Head of Projects, with engineering overseen by our COREN-registered Head of Engineering. Engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, foremen and artisans are all in house.
